Streamlining Complex Order Processing with Quick Orders at The Alpha Group

Summary
With the highly complex nature of sales order processing, SAP users across two distinct lines of business at The Alpha Group had difficulty processing orders and returns efficiently and without error. By utilizing the Liquid UI platform, The Alpha Group was able to streamline sales order processing by automating the entry of complex line items, the generation of repair work orders, and the creation of outbound deliveries.
In this session, learn how The Alpha Group:
- Built custom business applications in SAP, including QuickEntry, QuickReturn, QuickRepair, and QuickPick – with very little ABAP required
- Streamlined the SAP user experience for CSRs by creating a centralized work area
